I'm a sleep coach, a single mum, a podcast host and a woman who spent a few too many years quietly disappearing from her own life while doing everything for everyone else.
I went to a belonging event and something hit me.
My world had become so small.
Not empty.
Not hopeless.
Just small.
And I'd been so busy holding everything together that I hadn't even noticed.
I didn't want to just function anymore. I wanted life to feel fuller again. And I wondered how many other women felt exactly the same.
So I built Fiver to Thriver, not as a guru with all the answers, but as a woman in the messy middle, right alongside you.
